The Dread Machine
The project I’ve previously hinted at in finally
finished. A classic module length
adventure that relates to, but is in no way a direct sequel my previously
written Prison of the Hated Pretender.
Designed to be used in any fantasy setting, it is not intended to be
especially strange or outside the norms for most traditional fantasy adventure games.
I’ve written the adventure using the Labyrinth Lord system, but it should
be easy enough to adapt to anything similar.

Before I've even read the actual adventure I'm in love wit the art and the random tables - the presentation is thumbs up wonderful. printing it out to peruse as I prepare for tomorrow's game.
ReplyDeleteWow! This looks great and what I've read so far goes along with that. Very awesome. Thank you!
ReplyDeleteSometimes the dead should just stay that way. :) Good stuff.
ReplyDeleteThis module is my pedantic effort to prove to players that the moral of the Epic of Gilgamesh is true even for fantasy PCs.

DeleteTry here.
You Sir, deserve a medal for you free adventures!
ReplyDeleteThanks - A big cross shaped dracula thing with a glass gem in the center would be most appropriate, but I actually I appreciate reviews and re-shares more. Also play reports of people running these things is a great encouragement - I mean I write 'em for my own amusement, but knowing other people enjoy them is a real mood lifter.
DeleteAs someone who recently stumbled across your blog and who now plans on dropping about a half dozen of your adventures into my campaign, a link to a session report or two seems a small price to pay.
DeleteYou've authored some fantastic, imagination-inspiring stuff here. Thanks for sharing so generously!
I really, really enjoyed this. Well done!
ReplyDeleteThis site is amazing. Gus, you're top notch.
