ASE Map - The Denethix Area

Sure ASE 1 by Patrick Wetmore has some nice maps in it, but I went and decided to draw the area map around Denethix (ASE's 'point of light') in my own overland style.  Use it how you will - player map immediately comes to mind.  It's only vaguely to scale, but that's part of the fun.

Use them however you like.

    1. Thanks folks. The map was sitting an old folder for 6 months so it's nice to finish it.

Any thoughts on the acid orange?

  4. Argh, this is fantastic and makes me want to drop everything and start up my ASE campaign again. Thank you for this!

(As for the colors, I'd probably hand out the B&W one to players and keep the orange for myself.)

    1. Why not? You can just make the Worthless North Carcosa for a double whammy. I you do I'll draw a livid fens map (i.e. the map South of this one), a Bee Coast (the map West of this one), or a Certopsian plains (East) in the same style.

  5. Really nice work Gus, that must have taken a while. I will be giving a copy of that to my players on A3 because it is just so much nicer than the one they have now.

  6. Interesting. How do you apply the color? It´s some kind of filter or it´s drawn with the hand?

    1. Color was added later with Gimp and then the piece was filtered a bit.
